Barbara Bini-Martin is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), an organization devoted to improving the quality of legal representation for the elderly. Our firm provides comprehensive elder law services focused in areas that are often interrelated. From asset protection to nursing home issues, our attorneys handle the often thorny legal issues that arise as we age.

Victoria A. Flynn

Victoria A. Flynn, an experienced litigator, is admitted to the New Jersey Bar and has over 17 years providing advice, counsel and fighting for her client’s interests in court. She focuses her civil litigation practice on representing private clients and public clients. She provides counsel on complex litigation matters from the Administrative Courts to the New Jersey Supreme Court. Ms. Flynn specializes in various areas of law, including administrative law, appellate law, commercial litigation, education law, employment law, investigations, and public contract law.

Barbara Bini Martin

Barbara Martin focuses her practice in wills, trusts, estate administration, and elder law, as well as, business transactions, civil litigation, education law, employment law, and investigations.

For 10 years prior to opening this firm, Ms. Martin was a solo practitioner. She clerked for the Honorable Judge Stephen A. Mochary. Ms. Martin graduated from Seton Hall University Law School ('99) and Rutgers University ('96). Ms. Martin was a member of the Seton Inn of Courts.

Ms. Martin is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey and District Court of New Jersey. Currently, she is a member of NAELA, National Academy of Elder Lawyers. She is active in her community as a Friend of the Haworth Library and a Catechist at Sacred Heart Church Haworth.
