She has over twenty years' experience in estate planning, complex trusts, elder law, succession planning, estate administration issues and real estate and business transactions.

Barbara Martin focuses her practice in wills, trusts, estate administration, and elder law, as well as, business transactions, civil litigation, education law, employment law, and investigations.
For 10 years prior to opening this firm, Ms. Martin was a solo practitioner. She clerked for the Honorable Judge Stephen A. Mochary. Ms. Martin graduated from Seton Hall University Law School ('99) and Rutgers University ('96). Ms. Martin was a member of the Seton Inn of Courts.
Ms. Martin is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey and District Court of New Jersey. Currently, she is a member of NAELA, National Academy of Elder Lawyers. She is active in her community as the President of the Friends of the Haworth Library and a Catechist at Sacred Heart Church Haworth.
